Fish and Bird (Dream)

Hi, everyone!

It was a short, but pretty interesting dream. I was some kind of sea creature / mermaid and everything was ok until this birdman landed near me. She (but I suspect that this thing was genderless somehow) was holding a piece of cloth / scarf and asking me why I was spending my time in the water when I could fly. I knew that if I put this cloth on then I would become a winged creature like her. So, basically she was a mermaid too. I said that I was fine on my own here and that it is possible to ‘fly’ underwater too, but it’s impossible to fall and die. Then I kind of started feeling a bit nostalgic, because I had been a birdman for many years, before I became curious about an ocean and abandoned all birdmen. Then she tried to give me a couple of good reasons why I should join them back and I agreed to get my wings back… for the last time… But I knew that I would return back to water and never put wings again ever.
